I have been taking Zyme11 3in1 for more than three years, and this is my third time doing Innedetox. Been fully taking Enzyme 3in1 to have replaced all three to four meals of the day within the two weeks. Before going to bed I usually took Complex enzyme and Fruits Enzyme to avoid going to bed hungry. I am a vegetarian, so the Innedetox is less challenging for me.

I have had thyroid issues for many years ago and did not wish to depend on medication, so I supplement enzymes to improve my health. To my surprise after the two-week innedetox, my thyroid gland has returned to normal range! I work 8 to 10 hours a day, and even without an off day in between, I do not feel fatigue easily.
